AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Because the size of the attendance has grown, our volunteer staff will no longer be able to pick up attendees going to or from the airport and the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is impossible for us to handle this task for everyone. There are a number of options.

Another option is the light rail. http://mta.maryland.gov/light-rail The light rail travels from BWI and stops across the street from the hotel. This option usually costs less than $3 per person. There are two different light rails. One is the local (and stops at every stop) and the other is the express (which skips a number of stops). Try to get the express because the local will take longer to get to the hotel.
AMTRAK TRANSPORTATION
Amtrak has two stations available. Baltimore is located at 1515 North Charles Street and is the closest to the hotel. The light rail does not stop at this station and a cab or Super Shuttle is the only way to get to the hotel. The other hotel station is located at BWI located at 7 Amtrak Way. The light rail is available from this station.
